Photo Recovery following three easy steps...

Step 1: ANALYSIS CARD

1. Connect your digital photo camera or card reader to your PC and press "Refresh Device".
2. Select the corresponding device in the list.
3. Press the button "Start" and the analysis of your device will begin, showing a thumbail of the images from your device that can be recovered.
4. After finishing 100% of the analysis, if you wish to recover the photos shown as thumbails, just press the button "Go to Payment!".

Step 2: PAYMENT

Payment data are managed exclusively between the client and the Visa/Mastercard payment system under the highest strict security measures, protecting your information during transmisions by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts all the information for you. Payment pages are property of Visa/Mastercard and are out of the scope of PhotoIncident.

Please, take note of the reference number of your payment, in case you require any reclaim.

Following this page, depending on your bank or payment system, other pages you may be shown to validate the identity of your card.

Step 3: RECOVER PHOTOS

1. Press the button "Select Dir" to specify the directory from your hard disk where you wish to store the recovered photos.
2. Once you select the directory, it is shown and a folder is created named "\PhotoIncident" were you will find your recovered photos.
3. Press the button "Recover Photos" and PhotoIncident will recover your photos and leave them in the selected directory.
